Here I live with my Wife, Daughter and a whole lotta Cats. We are at just a bit under 4000' elevation and its really a great place to live. If you like the outdoors, Trees and Mountains you can't go wrong.
I spend much of my free time running around in the forest in my Jeep or ATV, I like being out there away from civilization and people. None of my freinds really like to spend as much time as I do out there so most of the time I'm out there by myself. To me there there is nothing better than sitting on a ridge top in an intense snow storm with an ice cold Sierra Nevada Ale in my hand. |

I started out using my wifes old Sony Cyber Shot 4.1 megapixel then my daughter's 6.1 megapixel Cyber Shot. In November 2007 I got one of my own. I decided I would get a decent DSLR in the 10 megapixel range. My point and shoot days were over. It was between the Olympus E510, Nikon D40 and the Pentax K10D, I chose the Pentax K10D. I try to keep the cams up 24/7/365. At this time I am currently using 3 differnt cams to broadcast from around my home. These consist of 1 wireless IP cam, 1 wireless cam and a regular webcam connected via a USB port. |

As you have probably noticed some of the content does not exactly have anything to do with my site. I am using the Joomla content management system and when I loaded Joomla I took the option to load the test content. Its a little easier to set the site up with the test data intact and change/delete the content as needed. Its a whole lot better than starting from scratch. I generally make a few changes everyday and this is basically a work in progress. So please excuse the mess. |

If you have a broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable or Sattelite) then you should not have a problem broadcasting your camera. 
If possible get a static IP address. I use Comcast and my IP addr. is dynamic but never changes unless I power down my cable moden for an extended period. |
